D365 / ERP Business Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a lean, collaborative team focused on process automation and operational improvement. What you'll do
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization across ERP and CRM platforms
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Support the configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP or CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational goals
- Assist in data migration, testing, and validation activities during system enhancements or rollouts
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend iterative improvements
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence within a small, agile team
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to ERP and/or CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred; candidates with equivalent ERP or CRM platform experience will be considered
- Strong ability to document business processes, user stories, and functional requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work onsite at the Colorado Springs, CO office on a regular basis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
