AI Product Owner
WorQflow Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Product Owner for a contract engagement with our client. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for AI initiatives, driving the intake, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery of solutions spanning agents, copilots, workflow automation, and predictive analytics. You will be accountable for translating AI investments into measurable business outcomes and fostering adoption across the organization.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain the AI product roadmap, managing backlog prioritization through structured value and feasibility frameworks
- Lead use case intake processes, evaluating and sequencing AI opportunities aligned to organizational priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams through Agile ceremonies, MVP definition, and iterative release planning
- Partner with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions leveraging platforms such as Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and Databricks Mosaic AI
- Develop business cases, define ROI metrics, and track adoption to demonstrate measurable impact of AI initiatives
- Ensure AI solutions are delivered in accordance with governance standards and responsible AI principles
- Drive change management and stakeholder communication strategies to support successful adoption of new AI capabilities
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with ownership of an AI or data product roadmap
- Strong working knowledge of Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflow patterns
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, and Databricks Mosaic AI
- Data fluency including understanding of data pipelines, semantic layers, BI tools, and the ability to read SQL
- Proven ability to build business cases, define success metrics, and measure ROI for technology investments
- Experience with AI governance, risk frameworks, and responsible AI practices
- Domain experience in renewable energy, operations, or capital-intensive industries is preferred
