D365 Finance & Operations Business Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the ongoing rollout and optimization of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. In this role, you will serve as a functional subject matter expert bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, with a focus on warehouse and supply chain processes. The position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a large-scale, multi-site ERP implementation already in active deployment.
What you'll do
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across warehouse and supply chain functions
- Troubleshoot and triage functional bugs within D365 F&O, coordinating resolution with technical teams
- Plan and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring defects are tracked and resolved prior to go-live
- Support end-to-end testing cycles covering Warehouse Management, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and the Warehouse Mobile App
- Assist with project-related configuration and functional design documentation
- Partner with business users during phased site rollouts, providing hands-on support and training as needed
- Maintain clear written documentation of processes, test scripts, and system configurations
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated hands-on experience as a functional Business Systems Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management (WMS), Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders within D365 F&O
- Familiarity with the D365 Warehouse Mobile App and project module functionality is a plus
- Proven ability to document business requirements, write test scripts, and lead UAT sessions
- Effective communicator capable of translating business needs into functional specifications
- Experience supporting multi-site or phased ERP rollouts preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
