Senior Power Platform Developer
Our client is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join their team on a permanent basis in Monterrey. This role is central to supporting and evolving a newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment, including building automations, custom applications, and integrations with multiple enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, hands-on developer who can take ownership of day-to-day platform development with minimal direction.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps within the Power Platform ecosystem
- Build and manage Power Automate flows to automate business processes and support operational efficiency
- Design and implement integrations between Power Platform and ERP systems as well as other third-party applications
- Support and extend development work delivered during the initial Dynamics 365 CE implementation, including enhancements and new feature delivery
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, leveraging data warehouse and data lake sources where applicable
- Produce technical documentation and establish governance standards for Power Platform solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable platform solutions
What we're looking for
- Proven hands-on experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Microsoft Power Platform — practical project experience required, not certifications alone
- Strong proficiency with Power Automate (Power Flow) for building complex, multi-step automations
- Demonstrated experience integrating Power Platform with ERP systems and other enterprise applications
- Familiarity with data warehouse and data lake concepts, and the ability to build or consume reporting dashboards
- Experience working within or alongside a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and produce reliable documentation and governance artifacts
- Based in or able to work on-site in Monterrey; existing right to work in Mexico required
