D365 Program Manager

WorQFlow Solutions is seeking an experienced D365 Program Manager for a contract engagement with a client organization in Bellevue, WA. This is a strategic, senior-level role responsible for establishing the program management infrastructure and governance framework around a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, operating well above day-to-day project management tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner across finance and technology domains, driving organizational change and ensuring the long-term health and maturity of the D365 platform.

What you'll do

• Define and implement the program management framework, governance structures, and change management processes for the organization's D365 initiative
• Operate at a strategic level to keep the overall program aligned and progressing, delegating or overseeing tactical project management activities rather than executing them directly
• Manage and develop healthy relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners integral to the D365 program
• Serve as a senior liaison between finance domain stakeholders and the broader technology program, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
• Establish and advance the maturity of D365 as a platform within the organization, setting standards for how change is introduced and sustained
• Collaborate with program managers leading other technology workstreams to ensure cross-functional coordination and consistency
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional panels of stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Program Manager on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with demonstrable hands-on knowledge of the platform
• Ability to distinguish and operate at the program level — setting direction, governance, and change infrastructure — rather than functioning primarily as a day-to-day project manager
• Experience managing vendor and implementation partner relationships in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong background working within or alongside finance domains, with the ability to engage credibly with finance and accounting stakeholders
• Track record of driving organizational change management and building program maturity within organizations at early or evolving stages of ERP adoption
• Exceptional interpersonal and executive communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior leaders and cross-functional panels
• Prior experience in environments where D365 is in a relatively early or low-maturity state, and comfort shaping the path forward from that baseline
