Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect (CE & F&O)
WorQFlow Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect for a contract engagement with a client organization based in Atlanta, GA. This is a senior-level, broad-scope role responsible for architecting and maturing the client's full D365 ecosystem across both Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations. The right candidate will serve as the single authoritative voice across the entire D365 landscape, guiding strategic expansion and hands-on implementation.
What you'll do
- Own and guide the end-to-end D365 architecture across CE and F&O, ensuring a cohesive and scalable solution design
- Lead the expansion of the existing D365 CE environment beyond basic Sales functionality into a fully built-out CE platform, including Field Service and Project Operations
- Drive the implementation and scaling of D365 Project Operations to support a maturing project management function
- Provide architectural guidance on Supply Chain Management within the F&O platform
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to organizational leadership, translating complex D365 capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Identify gaps in the current D365 environment and develop a prioritized roadmap for platform growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and the ERP leadership team to align technical direction with organizational goals
What we're looking for
- Deep, demonstrable experience as a D365 Architect spanning both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Hands-on expertise with D365 CE modules including Sales, Project Operations, and Field Service
- Strong background in D365 Supply Chain Management within the F&O platform
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end D365 implementations and platform expansions in a complex organizational environment
- Experience guiding organizations with limited internal D365 knowledge, including translating architecture decisions for non-technical leadership
- Ability to work independently as a contractor and manage scope without a fully defined structure
- Availability to work on a hybrid basis from Atlanta, GA (approximately 2–3 days per week on-site); candidates based in Atlanta are strongly preferred
