QA Test Automation Engineer – Enterprise Systems (D365 / ERP / CRM)

WorQFlow Solutions is seeking an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer for a contract engagement with one of our clients undergoing a significant enterprise systems implementation. This role goes beyond executing test cases — the successful candidate will own the full test automation strategy, design scalable frameworks across a multi-system landscape, and establish quality best practices that support the organization through implementation phases and into ongoing operations. It is an opportunity to build a modern, automation-first QA function in close partnership with implementation teams, business stakeholders, and engineering leadership.

What you'll do

• Own and drive the end-to-end test automation strategy and framework build-out across core business systems, including ERP, CRM, and adjacent integrated platforms
• Design and implement automated test scripts that validate critical business processes end-to-end, including cross-system data flow scenarios
• Convert or migrate legacy test assets into the organization's chosen automation platform and build a regression suite designed to support ongoing release cycles beyond the initial implementation
• Develop and maintain a master test plan for each program phase, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing
• Partner directly with implementation partners, functional consultants, and business process owners to establish a shared test strategy and requirements traceability matrix
• Evaluate and recommend additional quality assurance technologies to strengthen the organization's testing capabilities
• Translate technical risk and quality findings into clear, business-relevant terms for stakeholders and leadership

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience owning QA test automation strategy and framework design within a complex, multi-system enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and/or CRM modules) in a QA or test engineering capacity
• Proficiency with enterprise test automation tooling and the ability to architect scalable, maintainable test frameworks
• Experience working alongside systems integrators or implementation partners on large-scale ERP or CRM programs
• Ability to build and maintain test artifacts including test plans, traceability matrices, and regression suites
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
• Prior experience mentoring QA team members or providing consultative quality guidance across a program is preferred
