D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect
Our client is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level ERP architecture across a large, complex global organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end blueprint for how D365 F&O systems integrate across all business units, departments, and countries, establishing the global template and long-term technology roadmap. This is a high-impact, permanent position requiring deep ERP expertise and the ability to drive alignment across executive and operational stakeholders worldwide.
What you'll do
- Design and own the enterprise-level D365 F&O architecture blueprint, defining how systems integrate across all business functions and geographies
- Establish and govern the global ERP template, ensuring consistency and scalability across multi-country rollouts
- Develop and maintain the long-term D365 roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business objectives across all departments
- Lead architecture decisions across Finance modules and Operations modules including order-to-cash and order-to-sales processes
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels — including executive leadership — to gather requirements, communicate design decisions, and drive consensus
- Oversee and guide ongoing global implementation efforts, including active country rollouts and future regional deployments
- Ensure ERP architecture and processes adhere to SOX compliance requirements and public company standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 10 years of ERP implementation experience, with 12–15 years strongly preferred
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across both Finance and Operations modules
- Demonstrated experience leading full, end-to-end ERP implementations across multiple countries simultaneously, ideally at a global enterprise scale
- Experience in Manufacturing and Distribution industry environments
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as SnapLogic or Boomi
- SOX compliance knowledge and experience working within a publicly traded company environment
- Must be based in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available for this position
