Oracle ERP Architect
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Architect to join their team on a permanent basis in San Francisco, California. This role blends technical and functional expertise to design, optimize, and govern enterprise Oracle ERP environments. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in shaping ERP architecture and supporting business operations through scalable, well-integrated solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and own the end-to-end Oracle ERP architecture, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
- Serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business process needs and technical implementation
- Lead solution design sessions and translate functional requirements into robust Oracle ERP configurations and customizations
- Evaluate existing ERP landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to system architecture and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support system enhancements, upgrades, and new module rollouts
- Define and enforce ERP architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ERP development and functional teams
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Architect with strong techno-functional capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, configuration, and customization across functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR
- Experience designing integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party systems
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience leading architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and system governance activities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
