D365 CRM Solution Architect
WorQFlow Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect for a contract engagement with a financial services client in the midst of finalizing a D365 implementation. This role focuses on validating the existing build, identifying gaps, and driving meaningful end-user adoption across loan management, business development, and marketing functions. The consultant will serve as an independent subject-matter expert, collaborating with the client's existing implementation team to ensure the platform is configured and used effectively in day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the current Dynamics 365 environment to evaluate configuration, data integrity, and alignment with business workflows
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of risk within the existing solution and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate constructively with the incumbent implementation team, serving as an independent technical and functional second opinion
- Lead working sessions and hands-on training to drive user adoption across loan management, business development, and marketing teams
- Translate business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 configurations and process improvements
- Streamline and document workflows related to loan processing, lead intake, CRM, and marketing journeys
- Develop and present a phased adoption or ongoing support roadmap based on initial assessment findings
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture, configuration, and customization
- Proven track record driving user adoption and change management for Dynamics 365 implementations
- Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 as applied to CRM, lead management, business development, and marketing automation
- Experience with loan management or financial services workflows is strongly preferred; end-to-end lending process knowledge is a significant plus
- Ability to critically evaluate an existing implementation, push back on overcomplicated designs, and recommend practical alternatives
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead working sessions and translate technical concepts for business users
- Willingness to travel onsite periodically for in-person training and working sessions, with the role otherwise performed remotely
