Power Platform Developer
WorQFlow Solutions is placing a hands-on Power Platform Developer with a client organization based in Edina, MN. This contract engagement focuses on accelerating development across Power Platform and Dynamics 365, contributing immediately to a phased CRM rollout beginning with D365 Sales. The developer will work under established architectural direction and will own the quality and delivery of technical output across a range of app types and automation workflows.
What you'll do
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service objects, including quotes, contracts, and orders
- Build and maintain model-driven apps, Canvas apps, code components, and PCF controls on D365 data
- Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to support business process automation
- Support a phased CRM rollout, starting with D365 Sales and progressing to Customer Service and Power Pages/customer portal functionality
- Review, implement, and troubleshoot AI-generated code while maintaining full ownership of code quality
- Work independently with minimal ramp-up, contributing to technical delivery from day one
What we're looking for
- Strong, hands-on Power Platform development experience across model-driven apps, Canvas apps, and Power Automate
- Demonstrated experience configuring and extending D365/CRM native objects such as quotes, contracts, and orders
- Proficiency with custom app development, including code components and PCF controls
- React experience preferred, particularly for code apps embedded within Dynamics 365; full-stack developers who have transitioned into Power Platform are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with XRM Toolbox and standard Power Platform developer tooling
- Comfort using AI coding tools (such as generative code assistants) with the judgment to validate and apply output responsibly
- Ability to work independently in a technically focused role; SAP integration experience is a plus but not required
