Microsoft Dynamics 365 QA Engineer (F&O / CE)
WorQFlow Solutions is sourcing contract QA professionals on behalf of a client undertaking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation spanning Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement modules. Members of this team will be responsible for validating system functionality, ensuring quality standards are met across workstreams, and collaborating within a coordinated onshore/offshore delivery model. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningful QA expertise to a structured, process-driven D365 program.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE modules
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across D365 workstreams
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using standard defect management processes
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and validate expected system behavior
- Participate in daily stand-ups and QA process ceremonies within a coordinated onshore/offshore team structure
- Contribute to test documentation, including test summary reports and sign-off artifacts
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers clearly to project leadership
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience performing QA or testing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Customer Engagement (CE) implementations
- Ability to write clear, detailed test cases and test plans based on functional requirements and business process documentation
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM business processes relevant to D365 modules (finance, supply chain, sales, service, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a distributed team environment spanning multiple time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Prior experience in an onshore/offshore delivery model is preferred
