AI Platform Engineer
WorQFlow Solutions is seeking an AI Platform Engineer for a contract engagement with one of our clients. In this role, you will design, build, and support a modern AI platform ecosystem spanning Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Databricks, and agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can move quickly from concept to production while collaborating across cloud, data, and business teams.
What you'll do
- Design and build out MCP server frameworks and broader AI platform engineering infrastructure
- Administer and manage the Azure ecosystem, including platform governance, configuration, and ongoing support
- Manage GitHub repositories and enforce development standards across the platform
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Databricks into a cohesive AI platform
- Orchestrate and evaluate agentic AI frameworks, supporting AI agent solution delivery from development through production
- Build and maintain API integrations and automation pipelines aligned with DevOps and MLOps best practices
- Partner with cloud, data, and governance teams to review compliance checklists and ensure platform reliability
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience in cloud, platform, AI, or data engineering roles
- Strong proficiency with Azure and Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
- Experience with Databricks in a platform or data engineering context
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying agentic AI or AI orchestration solutions in production environments
- Proficiency with GitHub administration and DevOps or MLOps workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and adapt quickly as AI technologies and priorities evolve
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams
