Microsoft Training Program Developer

WorQFlow Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft Trainer to join our client's organization on a permanent, fully remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering a comprehensive Microsoft technology training program from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity for a training professional who thrives in a greenfield environment and can translate technical Microsoft concepts into effective learning experiences.

What you'll do

• Design and develop a full end-to-end Microsoft technology training program, including curricula, course materials, and assessments
• Deliver instructor-led and self-paced training sessions to IT and non-IT staff across the organization
• Assess current employee skill levels and identify training gaps to prioritize program content
• Create and maintain training documentation, quick-reference guides, and e-learning resources
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational workflows and technology rollouts
• Track learner progress and program effectiveness, using feedback to continuously improve training materials
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates and incorporate relevant changes into training content

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Microsoft technology training programs, preferably in a corporate IT environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and related technologies
• Experience building training programs from scratch, including needs analysis, instructional design, and content creation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to audiences of varying skill levels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote setting
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer or relevant product certifications) are strongly preferred
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is an asset
