Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager
WorQFlow Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager for a contract engagement with one of our clients. In this role, you will lead D365 implementation and project delivery efforts while supporting change management initiatives and contributing to forward-looking planning for an upcoming D365 Customer Engagement rollout. This is an opportunity to bring deep Dynamics 365 expertise to a team navigating meaningful digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring milestones, scope, and quality standards are met
- Lead change management activities to drive user adoption and minimize organizational disruption
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technical teams, throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, status reports, and executive-level communications
- Contribute to planning and scoping efforts for a future D365 Customer Engagement implementation
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner
- Ensure alignment between project deliverables and the organization's broader technology roadmap
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects in a project management capacity
- Hands-on familiarity with D365 Customer Engagement (CE) is strongly preferred
- Proven change management experience within enterprise technology rollouts
- Strong command of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience supporting or planning multi-phase D365 programs is a plus
